I would handle the whole process without the CEO needing to vet anything as the qualified appointments would show up in her calendar as a 20-minute consult. Every evening we send her a synopsis of who her appointments are and what they need. We worked together to come up with the briefest yet most important things she would need in that summary, so she can go on the call with the right information to make informed decisions.
