  • Implement new programs to streamline business activities/efficiencies
  • Set up systems to get the CEO the right information at the right time so that he/she is prepared and knowledgeable going into the next meeting/travel/etc.
  • Project management/keeping projects on track & to deadline
  • All client care/communications (inbound emails, outbound emails, phone calls (both inbound & outbound).
  • Writing (scripting for email responses, general rules of engagement, riders, SOP, etc)
  • All Inbound inquiries
  • Contract review/signing
  • General day-to-day business management
  • Media inquiries
  • Client onboarding
  • Managing and working with team/contractors
  • Hiring contractors
  • Meetings: 1:1 with client, team meetings and external meetings/zoom calls
  • Manage the CEO/Company’s inbound mailbox so that he/she can quickly respond to what needs input on/what needs to be forwarded/where it needs to go and how it needs to be actioned
